Morning Goodness

As you guys already know, Vital Proteins are a big part of my life. You can read about it’s amazing benefits in my last blog post here, but for those who are already familiar I’ve got another recipe I wanted to quickly share to start off this week strong. I usually have this smoothie or a similar variation of it every morning before work because it jump starts my day and keeps me full (plus you’ll see your skin glowing inside and out)! Now… who doesn’t want that?

1 cup spinach
1 banana
squeeze half a lemon
handful of strawberries
1 scoop of vital proteins
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup ice

Blend in any mixer or bullet and Voilà… DONE!
